The CEELI Institute is a not-for-profit, non-partisan organization based in Prague, Czech Republic, dedicated to advancing the rule of law. With a focus on Central and Eastern Europe, South Asia, and Anglophone Africa, CEELI equips judges, lawyers, government officials, compliance officers, and civil society leaders with the knowledge and networks they need to strengthen the rule of law. In 2024 alone, the Institute conducted 96 training programs and conferences, building on over two decades of experience. Since its founding in 2000, CEELI has trained more than 20,000 legal professionals from more than 50 countries —fostering a global community committed to the rule of law.
