The scholarly leap has been taken to address recent issues and developments of human rights, multiculturalism, and migration in Southeast Asia as the role in realising our vision. The vision is to boost the strength of the University of Jember to become a leading global university centred in Southeast Asia.

Through rigorous research and collaboration, we transform the way thinking of knowledge in this rapidly globalising world that meets the ideals of justice and the standards of human rights. In order to succeed in the vision and missions, we conduct an annual conference by inviting world-renowned professors, practitioners, and policymakers.
