Centro de Investigación Drogas y Derechos Humanos (CIDDH) is a civil association in the city of Lima (Peru). The main objective is to "raise, debate, discuss, propose, influence public policies for legal reform in the area of drug control and the fight against drug trafficking, in the countries of Latin America, placing emphasis on the fields of public health, the integral development of the Amazonian Andes, security and public order, the strengthening of the Rule of Law, the Administration of Justice, Penal Control and the Penitentiary System, under a focus of promotion and validity of Human Rights .
Centro de Investigación Drogas y Derechos Humanos (CIDDH) is initially made up of four professionals, three Peruvians and one Belgian, associates who have extensive experience in research, monitoring, and advocacy on public drug control policies in Latin America and particularly in the countries of The Andean region.
