CESTRA d.o.o. (former CeS COWI d.o.o.) was founded in September 2005 as part of the COWI Group, by COWI A/S Denmark. In February 2017, the Company changed its owner and became 100% locally owned. Company activities in Serbia started in the 1990's. Since then, the Company have permanently had operational project offices for several large transportation and environmental projects. Following these successful projects, a subsidiary was established in 2005 in order to exploit the international experiences of the COWI Group in Serbia.
