Charmaghz is a Kabul-based registered non-profit organization. Charmaghz is dedicated to promoting critical thinking among Afghan children.
They are a group of young Afghans who have witnessed war and its direct impact on our childhood firsthand. Their childhood, like millions of other Afghan children, was lost before they could live it. The pain brings them together in order to make a difference in other children’s lives. They believe that creating a supportive and enabling environment such as Charmaghz where children can wonder, read, ask questions, be themselves, and can have fun, will help their children grow into positive and open-minded individuals. will lead to innovation and development of the country as a whole. It will also contribute to creating a just and equal society.
Their mission is to create an opportunity for critical thinking where Afghan children age 18 and below can wonder, read, ask questions, be themselves, and can have fun. They believe that creating a supportive and enabling environment such as Charmaghz will help their children grow to be positive and open-minded individuals.
