China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Construction Third Bureau”) was originally the Third Construction Bureau of China Construction. It is a listed company of the world's top 500 enterprises – an important subsidiary of China Construction. It is a multi‑functional, group‑oriented operation. It was approved by the State Council in July 1965. In 1993, it was approved by the Ministry of Construction as the first batch of first‑class engineering general contracting and first‑class construction general contracting qualifications. In 2002, it was approved as the first batch of special‑grade engineering general contracting qualifications in China. In April 2004, he was approved to become a high‑tech enterprise.

In early 2005, he implemented the board system of state‑owned enterprises; in December 2007, he was restructured into a one‑person limited liability company exclusively owned by China Construction Co., Ltd.; in March 2012, he was awarded the Ministry of Housing and Construction. The new special qualification for the general contracting of housing construction projects was awarded, and it became the first housing construction enterprise covering the top ten businesses in China.
