hree periods: awareness of the importance of self-regulation, connecting foundations interested in self-regulation, and collaboration to realize self-regulation.
The "Measures for the Information Disclosure of Foundations" passed by the Ministry of Civil Affairs in 2006 requires all the foundations in China to disclose organizational information. According to Article 3 of the regulation, all foundations must ensure that donors and the public can conveniently refer to or copy the disclosed information; Article 4 of the regulation requires that the foundations disclosed information must include an annual report of donors, activities and grants (like the 990PF form in US).
