CNEEC provides one-stop engineering services of consultation, financing, engineering, procurement, construction, operation maintenance and rehabilitation and is mainly engaged in EPC contracting, complete equipment supply, engineering consultation, engineering design, project management & supervision, installation & commissioning, technical service, power plant maintenance & operation and personnel training in the fields, both at home and abroad, of thermal power plant, hydro-power plant, power transmission and transformation, clean energy, integrated energy solution, environmental protection, municipal utility, industrial and commercial building, mining engineering, harbor construction, transportation, factory construction and other industrial engineering. It is also engaged in international import & export business in various fields.
CNEEC is comprised of 6 engineering departments and over twenty overseas representative offices and affiliated agencies. It has accumulated abundant experience in EPC contracting and possesses 6 subsidiaries, including one comprehensive design & research institute with national class-A certificates, one project management company with national comprehensive supervision certificates, one national power plant performance testing center, one scientific research and development institute, one manufacture base of smart welding equipment and one professional company of power plant operation and maintenance. It is very competent in engineering design, project supervision, power plant commissioning and performance testing, scientific research and development of technology and specific equipment, power plant operation and maintenance, etc.
The company has a group of professional talent experienced in technology and project management. Professional technicians make up 80% of its staff, including engineering experts, government special allowance winners, professorate senior engineers, registered engineers, national registered constructors (Grade A) and senior masters of design and supervision. CNEEC is assigned by the State Technology Supervision Administration to be officially operating the National Committee of Standardization of Electric Installations in Buildings as well as the China National Committee of IEC-TC64. It is in charge of the compilation of a certain number of National Design Code and Standard and is also responsible for assessment and attestation for some significant projects of the country. Power System Engineering is a domestic core journal of energy & power construction with high reputation in China which is edited by CNEEC.
