History

CIVITTA was established as an alliance of consulting companies in the Baltic States (CIVITTA, Innopolis, and Advisio). From its roots in the Baltics, CIVITTA has expanded in a puzzle-like fashion through organic growth, mergers, and acquisitions. Today, their company employs over 300 consultants in 13 countries, with about half of the employees working outside the Baltics.
