About

Clapp & Mayne, Inc. (C&M) was founded in 1955 with a vision to modernize the management and administration of public and private sector organizations outside the continental USA. Beginning in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, C&M expanded to serve the rest of Latin America and, subsequently, the rest of the world. We have a long history that includes completing more than 1,000 successful assignments for over 300 clients in more than 35 countries in the Americas, Europe, the Newly Independent States (NIS), Africa, the Near East, South Asia, and Asia. Our work has been financed by diverse international development organizations, national governments, corporations, and non-profit organizations.

C&M is dedicated to improving the management of government and non-government organizations and international development projects that promote the well being of people around the globe. Our consulting, IT and project financing services are available separately or in a coordinated comprehensive package. C&M helps its client organization break out of the cycle of under-funding and managerial weaknesses and move toward efficient management, sustainable development, and demonstrable impact. C&M supplements its own core staff with individuals and organizations with appropriate expertise, drawing on an international network of outstanding professionals.
