The National Commission for Development and Life without Drugs - DEVIDA is a Public Executing Agency, attached to the sector of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, in charge of designing and conducting the National Strategy for the Fight against Drugs and becoming the national counterpart for all international cooperation funds earmarked for the fight against drugs.

MISSION: Exercise the leadership of the National Policy and Strategy for the Fight against drugs for the benefit of the population, effectively articulating the State, Civil Society and the international community.

VISION: Peru is recognized as a leading country in the fight and punishment of illicit drug trafficking in all links of the criminal chain, as well as in the effective reduction of the coca growing space, in the reduction of the demand for drugs and in the decrease of the vulnerability, exclusion and / or discrimination of the population in the face of the drug problem.
