The Commission for the Coordination and Regional Development of the Center (CCDRC), a devolved body of the Ministry of Territorial Cohesion, endowed with financial and administrative autonomy, has the following mission:

• Carry out environmental, territorial and city planning and regional development policies at NUT II Center level;
• Promote the coordinated action of decentralized services at a regional level and provide technical support to local authorities and their associations.
