The State Electricity Distribution Company (CEEE-D) is a mixed-economy company belonging to the CEEE Group, which is a concessionaire of electricity distribution services in the south-southeast region of the State of Rio Grande do Sul.

With a concession area that includes the Porto Alegre Metropolitan Region, the Coastal Zone and the Rio Grande do Sul Campaign, CEEE Distribution covers 72 municipalities, covering 73,627 km², which corresponds to approximately 32% of the consumer market in Rio Grande do Sul, through its 47,000 Km of urban and rural networks.
