The National Confederation of Municipalities (CNM) is an independent, nonpartisan, nonprofit, founded on February 8, 1980.

The main objective of CNM is to consolidate the municipal movement, strengthen the autonomy of municipalities and transform our organization into a world reference in municipal representation from political and technical initiatives aimed at excellence in management and the quality of life of the population.
