OBJECT
The purpose of the Company is to:
- Finance, build, own, manage, operate and maintain telecommunications infrastructure and / or equipment in the territory of the Democratic Republic of Congo
- Guarantee the shared use of telecommunications infrastructure and / or equipment in accordance with the principle of equality and free competition in the telecommunications markets;
- Guarantee open, transparent and non-discriminatory access to telecommunications infrastructure and / or equipment, in particular broadband capacities and other resources available on them, to any telecommunications network or service operator, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
