The High Council of the Judiciary originating in the same judiciary, is in charge of the government and the integral administration of the Judicial Branch , in aspects such as the regulation of the law, the planning, programming and execution of the budget, the administration of human talent through the judicial career, the preparation of lists of candidates for the positions of magistrate of the Supreme Court of Justice and the Council of State, advance education and training programs for the servants of the Judicial Branc , control of the performance of judicial offices, set the division of the territory for judicial purposes, locate, redistribute and merge judicial offices, create, suppress, merge and transfer positions, supply seats and elements to judicial offices, keep track of the performance of officials and employees to guarantee the legal exercise of the legal profession.
