The Consolidated Unit for the Implementation and Monitoring of Energy Projects (UCIPE), is a public, non-profit institution, created on the basis of Government Decision no. 1276 of December 21, 2000.

The purpose of UCIPE's activity is to ensure the efficient implementation of energy projects by managing, monitoring and coordinating them in accordance with the requirements of international donor financial institutions.
