Consorcio Oaxaca is a civil feminist organization that promotes the respect and exercise of women's human rights and gender equality. 

The organization was established in 2003 with the purpose of influencing the legislative and public policy processes, as well as promoting the articulation of citizen networks, the training and education of women to recognize their rights and contribute to the construction of a society participatory democracy, justice and social inclusion.

As a Civil Association committed to its ideals and society, Consorcio Oaxaca constantly carries out actions throughout the year, in a great diversity of areas and contexts.

Both in rural and urban areas, its work in favor of women's rights is channeled through courses, workshops, events, consultancies, publications, public demonstrations and many other activities. Thus, it is spokespersons for a social emergency: justice towards women.
