Construction Solutions Ltd was formed in 1994 by the current Managing Director Mark Farmer.

The Company’s primary activity is Trade (Sub) Contracting delivering General Builder / Structural Alterations packages for Main Contractors & Construction Management Companies. This covers an extremely broad range of trades and services. They are relatively unique in the modern construction industry in that they deliver all their projects with directly employed tradesmen.

The Company has had controlled expansion every year since its inception and during the course of this growth they moved into Principal (Main) Contracting. They have carried out a wide variety of projects but predominantly Residential or Mixed Use Schemes culminating in their most recent £ 4.5M Design & Build project in Camden High St.
The Company is a registered NHBC Contractor allowing them to deliver Buildmark warranted schemes for developers.

In 1996 they successfully secured their first Rail project which was a General Builder trade package for Mansell plc at Bank Station in the City of London. The project eventually ran for over 3 years and this initiated Construction Solution’s long term involvement with Station Refurbishments and Modernisations.
