For over 60 years, the cooperative has provided high-quality semen from breed-leading sires. Today, semen from CRI sires is distributed in over 60 countries.
Throughout A.I. industry history, CRI and predecessors have demonstrated a strong commitment to research and innovation. The cooperative has served at the forefront in developing numerous evaluations now widely accepted in the industry. In addition, CRI collects and utilizes internal fertility data to further improve semen processing and A.I. techniques.

CRI also takes a lead role in agricultural development projects in emerging, transitional and developing countries. Utilizing the cooperative's expertise in bovine genetics, bovine reproduction, herd management, recordkeeping, milk recording, livestock marketing, agricultural testing, food and environmental testing, training program development, information technology and cooperative structure, CRI strives to assist producers and allied industry in improving animal agriculture and food production.
