CEDECO was born in 1984 as a space for alternative communication in Costa Rica. During the first steps, CEDECO created the Aportes Magazine , a journalistic publication of critical analysis, reflection and exchange of political and social experiences in Central America. The experience of this magazine, still in force, has given CEEDECO an integral knowledge of the realities of the sectors most affected by the capitalist system. Thanks to Contributions , the company managed to interweave reality and reflection, two pillars on which the theoretical and methodological construction of CEDECO's actions is based.
