The MOE Electoral Observation Mission is a platform of civil society organizations that promotes the exercise of civil and political rights of citizens through:
- Encourage the active participation of civil society in democratic processes.
- Perform electoral monitoring and observation processes.
- Train and train in the exercise of political rights, electoral regulations and social and political control.
- Investigate and promote legal initiatives in aspects related to citizen participation, political parties, the electoral system and the deepening of democracy.
Based on our activities independence, rigor and objectivity; international standards for free, fair and transparent elections; and a close collaboration with all the actors that promote democratic values.
