The CLC - Corporate Learning + Change GmbH with 11 colleagues was founded by Dr. Katja Bett and Josef Buschbacher. They aim to take people and organizations with them on their way into the digital world and enable them to take advantage of new opportunities.

They guide people and organizations to establish modern learning formats and architectures with a focus on didactics and methodology, to use digital media and learning technologies effectively, to design changes through new learning formats and to measure their success.

Their work enables trainers and further education staff to develop attractive and successful blended learning courses and to hold webinars that inspire. They create the conditions for the learner's learning processes to be empathetically supported and for attractive learning media to be developed.
