Environment and Risk

Technological projects where the use of Earth Information Data and the application of image digital process techniques constitute the main components. Spatial information is acquired from measurement of space by Earth Observation Satellites and is stored in a database, enabling us to analyze aspects like the environment and its natural resources. This spatial information is communicated by dynamic and interactive maps that can be manipulated digitally. To sum up, Earth Information Data contributes information on the extent, composition, structure or health of the forest.
