Crescenda is the first Swiss start-up center for micro-enterprises of migrant women. Women with a foreign background are often faced with difficult entry into the Swiss labor market. Thus, their diplomas or degrees are often not recognized, linguistic barriers or missing contacts hinder a connection to the original field of activity or there are uncertainties regarding the new cultural environment. The Crescenda start-up center addresses these issues, building on the skills and knowledge of immigrant women.
