Cross Catholic Outreach, a 501(c)(3), is an official Catholic ministry that partners with bishops, priests, religious and lay workers to provide food, water, housing, education, orphan support, medical care, microenterprise and disaster relief — and the love of our Lord Jesus Christ — to the poorest of the poor in more than 30 countries around the world. They collaborate with aid partners that employ a community-oriented aid strategy and that strive to increase the self-sufficiency of the poor.
For larger, advanced partners, they provide financial and material resources as well as handle the vital functions of financial monitoring, reporting and accountability. Their partners, in turn, provide the all-important grassroots connection to the community, which is absolutely vital to the provision of humanitarian aid.
For smaller-scale partners, such as needy, church-based ministries, they provide support through their existing programs. In this way, they can supply meaningful help where it is needed most, as they have the necessary community outreach to serve the poor.
In everything they do, they remain focused on the Lord, serving with humility, fervor and love, and they advance Catholic evangelization. They work in partnership with church-based ministries and other faith-based organizations, creating an ideal synergy for the greatest impact.
As an official Catholic organization, they are registered with the Diocese of Palm Beach in Florida, and they are listed in the Official Catholic Directory.
