The Customer Service Institute of Australia was established in 1997 as our nation’s peak customer service body to provide education, certification and recognition to organisations and individuals in the field of service excellence. CSIA's goal is to promote, develop and directly serve the needs of all Australians who work in customer service. CSIA is also the secretariat for the International Council of Customer Service Organisations
