CYE Consult is an entirely independent Belgian consultancy company specialized in development aid. All the company's shareholders are members of the technical team.
Since it was founded in 2001, CYE has participated in development projects in more than 30 countries. Its main areas of activity are Environment, Water, Infrastructures and Transport, Rural Development and Communication. In addition, the company has recently expanded its scope of activity by including other areas such as Governance and Institutional Strengthening.
CYE Consult can boast amongst its clients some of the biggest International Financing Institutions such as the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank and the Belgian Development Agency (BTC). Nonetheless, CYE's most important client is the European Commission, having implemented numerous contracts launched by this institution.
CYE Consult provides two major types of services: specialized consulting in advanced disciplines and the provision of technical assistance to plan and implement programs and sector-based policies in developing countries. Moreover, CYE Consult participates in two EuropeAid financed framework contracts.
CYE Consult aims not only to contribute to the successful implementation of the projects and programs in which it participates, but also to support the economic and social development of developing countries by strengthening the capacities of local communities in a long-term perspective.
