DEVCON (Development Consultants Inc.)  is a development agency advocating a supporting role for Non-Government Organizations and People’s Organizations (NGO-PO) in helping the poor chart the course of their own economic and social growth. Since 1990, DEVCON developed the NGOs and POs for small-bit actors to full-pledged directors of their own communities and organizations and hence, control over their own future.

DEVCON is a non-stock non-profit organization catering alternative consultancy services to the grassroots and development agencies. Assistance on projects development are supported by programs on grassroots' empowerment process, livelihood, basic literacy and numeracy, as well as awareness and program’s technical skills development.

DEVCON considers these programs as prime factor in people’s empowerment process, project development implementation, and community project’s appraisal, monitoring and evaluation.

DEVCON is a development network of more than 50 NGO-POs from Mindanao and Visayas and maintains partnership with 50 on call consultants with varied development skills, disciplines and expertise.
