DevCon have well qualified and very skilled staff and associates who has several years of experience in development and corporate sector development. Most of our staff and associates are trained from abroad on various US Government Regulations concerning different types of grant management, training of financial software management and proposal development for various international and bilateral donors. These staff and associates have several years of working experience with international NGO’s and multinational organizations.

Devcon Head Office is situated in Rawalpindi along with its two offices i.e. Devcon Branch Office in Hyderabad Sindh and a liaison office in Quetta Baluchistan. We have established close working relationships with reputed consultancy firms as associated member in Islamabad, Hyderabad, Mansehra, Peshawar, Lahore and Multan. We have close linkages and working relationships with a number of leading Non Governmental Organizations (NGO’s) involved in research and development and capacity building programs in their respective areas. Through these NGO’s, we have easy access to remote and outlying areas of Pakistan to conduct any study and research on any area of interest and need.
