Development & Training Services, Inc. (dTS) is an international development firm that leads initiatives in social and economic development with a view to promoting equality and accountability.

With experience in 84 countries on U.S. Government and World Bank funded projects, dTS provides strategic consulting; practical, results-oriented programming; and program monitoring worldwide.

The services in gender integration; training and capacity building; and monitoring and evaluation have been applied in a variety of sectors including economic and social development, democracy and governance, infrastructure, and natural resource management.
