Development Bank of Espirito Santo (Banco de Desenvolvimento do Espirito Santo) is a state public bank whose main function is to promote financing for the development of its business and, consequently, the economy of the State. Created on February 20, 1967, Bandes has existed for over five decades, working together with micro, small, medium and large entrepreneurs, whether in the countryside or in the city. A pioneering bank, which invests in businesses such as microcredit, agribusiness, green economy, creative economy, Equity Investment Funds (FIPs), Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), among many others. In addition, Bandes acts in the Executive Secretariat of the Investment Incentive Program in the State of Espírito Santo (Invest-ES), together with the State Secretariat for Development of Espírito Santo (Sedes), and he is a technical and financial agent for the Reflorestar Program, of the State Secretariat for the Environment and Water Resources (Seama) and the State Institute for the Environment and Water Resources (Iema).
