Their Story

A social enterprise funded by Annemijn Perrin, DSF began its adventure in 2017 in France. Since then, DSF has established itself as a global leader in digital upskilling and 21st century training, operating in 16 countries across 3 continents.

With offices in France (HQ), Rwanda, and the United Kingdom, DSF is growing and combines local presence with a global reach, empowering learners and transforming education systems in the countries they operate.
