The Digital Transformation Center Nigeria (DTC Nigeria) is co-funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the European Union (EU) and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. The project focuses primarily on digitalisation and entrepreneurship. The aim of the project is to improve the capacities of the innovation ecosystem for the growth of the digital economy in the following areas - policy implementation, performance improvement of organisations and networks, service providers of the digital economy, scalable digital solutions, and digital skills.
DTC Nigeria works closely with actors in the Nigerian innovation ecosystem such, as the National Information and Technology Development Agency (NITDA), research institutions, innovation hubs, hub networks, start-ups, MSMEs and women.
