The realization of urban and rural settlements that are livable, productive and sustainable through the provision of reliable infrastructure in developing settlements, developing drinking water supply systems, developing environmental sanitation and structuring buildings and the environment.

 

MISSION

• Increasing the development of infrastructure and facilities (infrastructure) of settlements in urban and rural areas in order to develop settlements that are livable, socially just, prosperous, cultured, productive, safe, peaceful, and sustainable to strengthen regional development.
• Realizing regional independence through increasing the capacity of local governments, communities and businesses in the implementation of housing infrastructure development, including the development of financing systems and investment patterns.
• Carry out guidance in the structuring of urban and rural areas and the management of buildings and country houses that meet the building safety and security standards.
• Providing housing infrastructure for slums / fishermen, border areas, remote areas, outermost small islands and underdeveloped areas, as well as drinking water and sanitation for poor and water-prone communities.
• Repair damage to settlement infrastructure and emergency response due to natural disasters and social unrest.
• Creating an efficient organization, effective governance and professional human resources, and the development of NSPM, by applying the principles of good governance.
