DMS was established by Daiwa Institute of Research (DIR) as a 100% foreign company on May 27, 2014 under the Myanmar Company Law, and obtained a permit under the Myanmar Foreign Investment Law on August 6, 2014. We operate and manage financial systems including the Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX) and securities companies (MSEC) to support the development of capital markets and financial IT. We will also provide high quality solutions in collaboration with Myanmar IT company ACE group and Daiwa Institute of Research joint venture DAT.
