Grupo Farsimán was born in July 1958 under the name Farmacia Simán S. de RL, with a small pharmacy located in the central park of San Pedro Sula, Honduras.

Over the years and with the loyalty of their customers, the operation grows and Farsimán focuses on the distribution of not only pharmaceutical products but also specialized, consumer and hospital products, currently having a large group of representations.

Today, given the growth and for greater and better coverage, they have two operations centers, one located in San Pedro Sula, covering the northwestern part of the country and the other in Tegucigalpa covering the central-south zone, respectively.

In the same way, the group is strengthened by establishing one of the most important pharmacy chains in Honduras, having branches nationwide and maintaining the loyalty of their customers through different generations.
