Corporate Finance
Working with corporations in Kenya, we develop debt instruments such as Commercial Paper, Corporate Bonds, Convertible Bonds, and similar debt instruments to meet the financial requirements of growing businesses in Kenya.
Dry Associates conducts Due Diligence and, where appropriate, undertakes the Arrangement, Registration, and Placement of these securities. While these instruments may be credit enhanced by banks or similar institutions, their issuance is often independent of traditional commercial bank involvement.
Dry Associates is also active in developing the investor base - such as insurance companies, banks, pension funds, as well as less sophisticated investors such as schools, hospitals, and co-operatives - that purchase these debt instruments.
In recent years Dry Associates has also become increasingly involved in the identification of investment opportunities, appraisal and arrangement of finance for major development projects in Kenya.
Treasury Management
Dry Associates offers treasury management services for NGOs (Non Government Organisations) and corporate clients including soft and hard currency management, insurance premium finance, and other specialised transactions. As the expense of operating in East Africa has increased, we have assisted many of our clients to put in place treasury management systems which have improved cash flow and reduced costs.
We also offer a portfolio of short-term, high yielding securities for our clients, which allow them to maximise their returns on treasury funds. One short-term product that has found particular favour is the Kenyan Treasury Bill. Dry Associates has purchased and currently holds - either directly in our clients name or indirectly through our subsidiary Dry Associates Investment Services Ltd. - about KShs. 100,000,000 in Kenyan Treasury Bills.
Pension Fund Management
Dry Associates has been registered with the Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA) as a Fund Manager. As a long established Investment Advisor, Dry Associates has the expertise to assist corporate clients in the setting-up, registration and management of retirement benefit plans for their members of Staff.
Private Investment
Dry Associates provides individuals with an international perspective on investing. We work with our clients to define their investment objectives and then develop and implement an appropriate strategy for achieving these goals.
The company offers global investment opportunities through its association with investment bankers and fund managers in the US and Europe.
Dry Associates is the East African representative of the international fund manager - Franklin Templeton Funds. Franklin Templeton manages over US $ 500 Billion in numerous debt and equity funds focusing on different geographical areas such as the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Dry Associates also examines, where appropriate, unique investment opportunities for its clients in Kenya and East Africa. Dry Associates works with international funding agents to structure private and public finance.

The firm's consulting subsidiary was founded on the principal of offering the best possible professional and technical expertise to solve management problems.
Our operational approach to management consulting necessarily begins with the overall work plan. The work plan is discussed with the client before any work begins. The work plan clearly describes the problems to be resolved or the objectives to be achieved. The work plan then describes the actions to be taken and the expected results, including deliverables. Monitoring points are written into the plan to ensure quality control throughout project execution. Longer projects necessarily include progress reports, milestones, and sub-goals to be achieved over the course of the project. Dry Associates then assembles a project team with the appropriate skills and expertise to carry out the project from the planning stage to the completion stage.

Dry Associates' management consulting services provide traditional management consulting expertise to businesses and government institutions.
