As Founder and Principal of DSCG, Meredith Sanandres brings over fifteen years of diversified, nonprofit and for profit fundraising experience and expertise when creating and executing each client’s development plan.  When looking for a competitive edge in the ever-changing philanthropic marketplace, nonprofit organizations have frequently turned to DSCG for creative insight, knowledge of market trends, and general counsel.

  • Design an overall event strategy
  • Provide counsel on event leadership and committee structure
  • Compile a comprehensive mailing list using DSCG's database
  • Conduct research on event leadership and organization's donor and committee lists
  • Formulate an event budget
  • Provide detailed financial reports
  • Undertake telephone follow-up
  • Develop the event program and format
  • Supervise design and printing of all related materials, i.e. invitation and event program/journal
  • Secure an event location and undertake vendor contract negotiations
  • Manage production elements: staging, audio-visual, sound, and lighting
  • Oversee menu, decor, and seating of guests
