The EWC management consulting activities focus on the provision of Technical Assistance in a variety of sectors for international development projects, with a specialisation on EU funded projects aiming at supporting beneficiary countries in the management of EU funds in the DIS(Decentralized implementation System).

Technical Assistance |
EWC has extensive experience in managing technical assistance projects, particularly for the European Commission mainly in the following regions/EC programs: Phare, Tacis, Cards/EAR, Meda, Africa, the Caribbean region, Latin and South-America and the Pacific Islands.
EWC specialises in mobilising teams of multi-disciplinary experts working in a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on the support to Aid Coordination Units, Central Finance and Contract Units (CFCUs), National Funds and other Institution dealing with the programming, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of EC funds.
