In 2006, the focus was on green buildings and sustainable urban planning and development. Over the years the consultancy diversified from built environment speciality to inlcude development work. Tony Lee Luen Len (founder/partner) has served on the technical committee under UNEP Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) programme in 2008. He is the founder of the Green Building Council of Mauritius, part of the World Green Building Council network. He participated in the drafting the UN-Habitat's Nairobi Declaration for Green Buildings in Africa in 2010. He is past committee member of both the Policy Task Force and the Sustainable Cities Initiative of the World GBC. Tony is a professional quantity surveyor and project manager. He is an accredited professional and assessor for green building and green communities certification systems. He is also an accredited partnership broker.. Tony has received several awards for his work in the sustainability field.
