ECOTEC is a consulting firm that provides services to private sectors with a combination of economic and technical expertise to contribute to meaningful investments in infrastructure in developing countries. Our understanding of infrastructure is that of the material and institutional framework which lays underneath the economic, social and cultural life and which enables effective actions.
