Sectors
Edinburgh International has built up extensive experience supporting clients in a number of sectors.

This past performance gives EI an in-depth understanding of the individual requirements of clients. It has enabled EI to build a reputation for delivering services that are sector and client specific and fully aligned with the requirements of the sector stakeholders, both in terms of compliance and CSR.

Oil and Gas - EI has worked with International Oil Companies, Oilfield Services Companies and other sub-contracted service providers in the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Development - EI has worked with International Oil Companies, Oilfield Services Companies and other sub-contracted service providers in the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Telecoms - More than other sectors, EI often provides telecoms clients with multiple services, such as advisory, secure accommodation, risk management, protective services, local procurement and supply chain management.

Finances - EI's support to the finance sector ranges from investigative, through stand alone currency management projects to ongoing cash-in-transit operations. EI supports decision making by providing advice at a geo-political level and in-depth due diligence of companies and individuals.

Construction - EI has built up an extensive track record of supporting engineering and construction projects in remote or challenging environments. Typical services include initial consultancy to support the planning phase followed by Security Engineering, Static Site Security (managed guard services) and Mobile Security for the movement of client personnel. EI also often assists with local recruitment and screening of construction staff.

Government - EI provides a wide range of services to government clients. Broadly speaking, these services can be split into two categories. The first is support to governments who are operating abroad in diplomatic missions or providing training support to allied countries. The second is to host nations through the provision of training solutions - mostly train-the-trainer courses in niche and technical areas of risk, security and crisis management.
