Education Leaders of Color (EdLoC) is a new organization of preeminent and rising Black and Latino education leaders from across the country who havecome together to chart a third way for realizing better life outcomes for students, families and communities through education.

It aims to elevate the voices, influence and high-level leadership of talented leaders of color and develop and advocate for a “third-way” approach that brings the perspectives of families and communities to the forefront. EdLoC’s third-way values re-imagine reform efforts to forge strong ties with and derive leadership from communities, develop and promote more inclusive policies, and mitigate the vitriol that has come to characterize education reform efforts more broadly.
