Previously known as Monreal plc, On 4 June 2018, the Company announced that it was proposing to transfer the trading of its Shares by way of admission to trading on NEX as an Investment Vehicle and on 24 July 2018 announced it would seek to adopt a broad investment strategy as a new entity, Eight Capital Partners plc. This was confirmed at the general meeting on 9 August 2018.

Eight Capital Partners aim to generate an attractive rate of return for shareholders, predominantly through capital appreciation, by taking advantage of opportunities to invest in the technology, media, telecoms and financial services sectors.

The Company aims to ensure growth and strategic guidance for those companies in which it invests.
