Elba Collective Sti. It was established in 1959 in Istanbul/Maslak. It produced plastic gloves, patient bags-isolation tapes and duct tape.

Having bought only the duct tape part of the company in 1985, the group became Elba Bant A.Ş. started its operations in a rented place in Ayazağa.

In 1987, the management started to work in Şişli.

In 1991, Mois Kohen was actively appointed as the head of the management, apart from the Chairman of the Board of Directors, by making some changes in the management.

He moved to his own property from the place he rented in Şişli in 1992, completing the construction of the factory building on a closed area of ​​3,500 square meters in Avcılar.
