Electro Técnica SA
About

Electrotécnica began operations in 1975 with the vision, leadership, and Fernando Hangen, its founder.

The company's first steps were in the sale of UPS in Costa Rica.

Subsequently, the firm consolidated its market share and directed its resources and business vision towards opening borders.

Nicaragua was the first country in 2000.

What was initially limited to the marketing of UPS evolved towards the availability of power air conditioners and knocked on the doors in El Salvador in 2010. The next destination was Guatemala (2019), a country with its sights on more complex solutions and that has been rebounding, with sustained growth.

In these 4 countries, they offer turnkey solutions for data centers and other mission-critical applications, including: traditional data centers, prefabricated data centers, edge data centers, and telecommunications.

Part of their service portfolio includes intelligence in management systems with smart buildings and cities and industrial infrastructure.

A third axis is related to the integration of infrastructure that includes air conditioning, energy quality, power distribution, medium voltage, controlled environment, facility management, fluid transfer, and buildings and architecture.

These three axes of comprehensive solutions have the broad support of 4 work divisions that are related to services, equipment, electromechanical products, and logistics, and in this way, they form their robust catalog of products and solutions.

The flag of the opening has been innovation, with complete and varied solutions for clients from different sectors, including services, banking and finance, technology, education, telecommunications, textiles, communications, aeronautics, insurance, medical, food, agricultural, manufacturing, construction, and education, among others.

They are committed to certifications of excellence, including the TIER rating system, developed by the Uptime Institute in the United States, to classify the reliability of data centers.

At Electrotécnica, they marked a milestone by building data centers with this typology in various sectors, including projects in the banking, government, services, technology, hotel, industry, hospital, commercial, and transportation sectors, with the clear objective of guaranteeing continuity of their clients' business, under efficient operation 24/7 and 365 days a year.

They are the first and only company in Central America to build a data center with the latest level of TIER4 category, awarded by the Uptime Institute.

They currently have more than 300 collaborators and constant annual growth, and they believe in working together, in trust, in support, and innovation.

Their strength lies in the specialized knowledge and experience of offering high-level services and also solutions to critical situations.
