In March 2011 Elliott Recruitment was built whilst working a full time trade on the demanding ports of Fremantle, Western Australia.

Working full time, the founder was secretly watching recruitment companies and how they work, seeing clients frustrated with their new employee's that don't meet there expectations and watching new candidates assigned to new rolls only to realize once they had started, it just wasn't for them.

That's when Elliot thought, how do these agencies really know what the client wants? And how much the candidate they assigned to the client will actually enjoy their new roll? Simple, they don't.

That is what he strives to change.

After working in construction, panel beating, boiler making, shipping and logistics, Elliot Street have a vast variety of experience in knowing what is required from the client and placing the correct candidate in a career not just a job.
