Bilateral Relations
Diplomatic relations between the then Democratic Republic of Vietnam and Czechoslovakia were established on February 2, 1950. Embassy of Czechoslovakia in Hanoi was opened on December 30, 1954 and next year (1955) the Democratic Republic of Vietnam opened its Embassy in Prague.
