Ente Nazionale ACLI Istruzione Professionale (ENAIP) is a network of non for profit autonomous regional ENAIP organisations established within the framework of the individual regional VET systems. The ENAIP network operates throughout Italy with 180 vocational training centres, providing training as well as consulting at several levels (e.g., initial VET, tertiary level) and for different target groups (e.g., companies, regional administrations).
ENAIP was founded in 1951 by ACLI Christian Associations of Italian Workers with which it shares the history, culture and values. Today, ENAIP has an important organizational structure and a system of relationships open and shared, with whom we have developed over time many experiences of excellence.
Our network of vocational training centers has accredited 154 seats, 1,365 classrooms and 776 laboratories. The headquarters of the regional EnAIP employs more than 2,300 employees, including 1,215 between trainers and teachers. Approximately 5,200 consultants working with us. We are also present in Europe, Africa and Latin America with offices and representative offices.
In Italy, ENAIP cooperates with other VET providers, universities and social partners in numerous national projects of training needs analysis, pedagogical research and development of training, orientation and employment systems. ENAIP is also active internationally through its offices in Switzerland, France, Brazil, Argentina, Ethiopia and Mozambique.
Furthermore, it is an active member of EVTA (European Association for Vocational Training – www.evta.net and of EVBB (Europäischer Verband Beruflicher Bildungsträger - www.evbb.eu).
What we do
ENAIP offers training and employment services, and operates in four main areas:
Within these areas, ENAIP caters to a wide range of subjects, with diversified and personalized, which can be carried out with funding from both public and private. In 2012, the network of EnAIP has played 7,902 activities (including training and accompanying services to work) and involved 60 thousand students.
